What is counselling?


  • A colaborative process where the client and a counsellor explore difficulties which may include the stressful or emotional feelings of the client
  • The act of helping the client to see things more clearly, possibly from a different perspective. This can enable the client to focus on feelings, experiences or behaviour, with a goal to facilitate a positive change
  • Offering a Client tools and coping strategies
  • Professional relationship based on trust and confidentiality.



How many sessions do I need?


Because every scenario is different, there is no predetermined number of sessions. Most of our Clients are in therapy for 6-12 months, however it is an individual decision, as to how long the process will continue.



How I can make a payment?


Payment for the initial appointment can be made by bank transfer. Further sessions can be paid for, either by cash or a bank transfer.
